Kathmandu, May 30 (RSS): The Kutnitik Aadhyayan Sanstha Nepal (Institute of Diplomatic Studies, Nepal) has concluded that the government’s efforts to improve the economic diplomacy and increase in investment would help expand international market for domestic products and build atmosphere conducive for foreign investment in the country.
In a press note today, the Institute welcomed the government announcement to invest in economic diplomacy through the budget for the upcoming fiscal year (2018-19) by the federal government Tuesday. It expressed its hope that investment in economic diplomacy would contribute to nation’s prosperity and development
Terming the announcement to make the execution of diplomacy effective to promote mutual support in the areas of trade, investment, tourism, labour, environment and technology positive, the institute said the promise to scrap ineffective diplomatic missions in Nepal was itself the beginning of a new phase in diplomatic field.
