Rupandehi, May 26 (RSS): Preparation is underway to construct a geographical park in Butwal.
‘A written proposal with DPR will be solicited regarding the construction of a park where students of forest science and environment faculty would get opportunity to have practical classes. So, it is a matter of big excitement for us as well’, shared Butwal Sub-metropolis Mayor Shivaraj Subedi.
He further said the sub-metropolis had put an oral proposal before the Province-5 Chief Minister and the Province government had directed to immediately search for appropriate land for the same.
Study is being carried out about Shivanagar community forest area, Hilpark Council Area and Manimukunda Service Park Area as well as other potential areas of the municipality for the construction of geographical park.
